Mandy Bibee

Assistant Director of Post-Traditional Student Engagement and Advising

Mandy’s experience in higher education includes academic advising, retention and student success, residence life and even teaching a career choices course at a variety of universities before landing at UNC Charlotte in the summer of 2024. As a native of Louisville, Kentucky, Mandy earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Louisville.

Mandy is passionate about empowering students to discover their potential and pursue their passions. Using leadership principles to guide students’ academic journeys, she is deeply committed to supporting each student to the best of her ability.

In her free time, Mandy enjoys spending time with family, including her two children, husband, and two cats. Mandy considers herself a lifelong learner and is always eager for new experiences in and around Charlotte and beyond!
