Building the Bridge: Strategies for Early College Success from Application to Enrollment

Jessica Young, University Transfer Center, and Kaitlyn Kubacki, Undergraduate Admissions, co-presented at the 2026 Early College Summit. This is a national conference for Early College professionals from across the country to network and learn from one another on best practices to support Early College high school students. Jessica and Kaitlyn presented a session titled “Building the Bridge: Strategies for Early College Success from Application to Enrollment,” drawing on their professional experiences working with and supporting Early College students as they matriculate to a four-year university, most specifically UNC Charlotte.
