UNC Charlotte Leaders Present Pre-Transfer Advising Model at National Students in Transition Conference

Kristen Siarzynski, Director of the University Transfer and Adult Student Center, and the center’s Senior Associate Director, Jessica Young, presented at the national Students in Transition Conference on Friday, October 2nd. Kristen and Jessica shared about the pre-transfer advising service UNC Charlotte offers to prospective transfer students interested in attending UNC Charlotte. Pre-transfer advising is professional academic advising provided to students prior to enrollment with the goal of assisting students with making proactive, informed transfer decisions.
