How We can support you
Transfer Guides
The Transfer Guides below have been developed to help NC Community College (NCCC) transfer students select meaningful coursework at the community college that aligns with their intended major at UNC Charlotte. Click HERE to find the full list of the NCCC Transfer Guides for Charlotte!
Transfer Credit Advisor
- The Transfer Credit Advisor displays information about courses that have previously been evaluated for transfer credit at UNC Charlotte from across the country. The database is updated daily as new transcripts are reviewed. Upon admission, students receive an official evaluation of their course credits. This is a great tool to understand how your credits will transfer to Charlotte.
- If you are transferring from a NC community college, the list of courses is comprehensive. If you are transferring from a college or university outside of NC, this may not be a comprehensive list as new courses are continuously added.
Interested in talking with a Transfer Advisor?
We have weekly appointments for pre-transfer advising. These appointments are used to talk in detail about your individual transfer process. We can talk to you about how your credits will transfer, possible courses to take before transferring, and other details.

- NOTE: If you have been admitted to the university and are trying to meet with your academic advisor to schedule classes, please follow the Next Steps with our New Student Orientation Office.
